Tino has spearheaded our efforts into this field and has positioned ARMS to succeed with additional opportunities. This promotion takes effect immediately. Kelly had been our receptionist for almost two years and periodically would handle quotes in the Small Group area whenever we were overloaded with quote requests. The experience she gained by handling the quotes enabled us to promote her to this position.
