COBRAToday
Businesses with 20 or more full- or part-time employees are required to offer COBRA. COBRAToday guarantees compliance and full reporting of accounts; we collect premiums for you and our trained staff keep you informed and up-to-date on all legislative and regulatory changes.

DirectPay (HRA)
DirectPay believes that any attempt to help business owners deal with the high cost of health care is a step in the right direction. By switching to a high deductible health plan and paying for all or a portion of the deductible, employers can reduce their health care costs. TASC offers full administration or self-administration of the plan, and both options provide plan compliance. This includes a Plan Document and Summary Plan Description, and guaranteed compliance with ERISA, the IRS, and the Department of Labor.

FlexSystem (Section 125)
With a Section 125 Plan employees can select certain benefits normally paid on an after-tax basis and, through salary reduction, pay for these benefits on a pre-tax basis. The most common benefits are: Premium Conversion plans, Medical Flexible Spending Accounts, and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.
