| 2003 | In November, Brian Harrigan joins ARMS Insurance as the Vice President - Marketing. Brian leads the life insurance division and the marketing efforts of the agency. Prior to joining ARMS Insurance, Brian was the Manager, Broker and Marketing Operations for UPMC Health Plan.
In April, ARMS Insurance Group Inc. moves into its new location at 3000 Lento Boulevard. |
| 2002 | Bob and Dave change the name of The McKinley Agency to ARMS Insurance Group. ARMS becomes one of the few General Agencies designated to train and appoint new Highmark Agents. |
| 2001 | Don McKinley retires from the health insurance industry and Bob purchases Don's interest in the business. After 25 years in the corporate health industry, Dave Scott joins the agency. |
| 1995 | Bob Rionda is invited to sit on the HealthAssurance Broker Advisory Board. |
| 1993 | Bob secures a contract with HealthAmerica. As a result of Bob's ability to generate HealthAmerica sales, Bob is recognized by HealthAmerica as a Key Producer. |
| 1991 | Don McKinley and Bob Rionda begin to focus most of their resources on the health insurance industry. Highmark introduces CompleteCare to the market, as a result Don and Bob increase their individual insurance sales. Don and Bob move the growing business to the Bethel Park Industrial Park. |
| 1987 | Bob Rionda joins The McKinley Agency. Together Don and Bob greatly increase production and recruitment of additional agents. |
| 1986 | Highmark appoints Don McKinley as a General Agent to sell group products. |
| 1972 | Don McKinley starts The McKinley Agency, working out of his house in Bethel Park; he begins recruiting agents to sell life insurance. |
